Hydrofoils and Ferries
The ferry from Igoumenitsa on the the Greek mainland to Corfu operates daily. There is also boat service between the Ionian islands, though this varies substantially based on time of year.
Also via Italy with daily large type ferries from Ancona, Venice, Bari and Brindisi.The trip takes from 7 to 15 hours depending of the departure place.

Getting to Kassiopi:
From Corfu town the green buses operate daily and almost every one hour during the summer season.
By car, from the port in Corfu Town, follow the main coastal road (to the right) North untill, after 8 km, at Tzavros junction, turn right, and then all the way up north (aprox 28 km).
